Josh heads to the US with a quick stop in Japan

Josh headed over the US and Japan for the second time in his short 15 months.  This time was totally different than the first.  He walks, he talks and he wants to know everyone everywhere.  Note to any and all that are contemplating a 24 hour trip with a toddler...night flight!  When taking a day flight, he just wants to go see and the old bitties at AA just didn't want him to say hi to everyone in Economy class.  Yes, he was in J class or as Auntie Trace calls it, beautiful class.  Here are some pics of our time in Japan, Tampa FL and San Diego CA.

Josh made the trip over from Bangkok through Tokyo and finally arrived to Tampa. We hung at the beach for a couple of days at Treasure Island and now it's quality Grandpa Jerry and Grannie Glen time.

A cuddle from J to J

Our dear friend Jacqueline Le Sueur came up from Singapore for a visit and a cuddle this weekend. Haven't hung with her in a couple of years since she moved back to Exmoor, England. Little J took to her like he'd known her all his life. Some people are just connected.

Growth spurt at 13 mos

Josh has a bit of a cold so we took him in to the doctor. Little did we know that in the past 5 weeks since his one year check up where he was 78 cm, Josh is now a whopping 82 cm. Now either the first measurement was off or we have one fast growing bubby on our hands. He is now 11.10 kg as well, up from 10.8 kg.

Trip down under for holiday.

We set out for a family holiday of two weeks down under. First week was a rough but fun schedule with two days in Sydney, then off to see Aunties Jode and Katie and Uncle Stuart and Auntie Sandy. Of course we spent as much time with GG as we could at her place then with a Barbie at Uncle Lindon and Auntie Maree's house. They are always so welcoming.

Second week was just us in Coffs Harbour. Rained a lot but a relaxing trip.
